To maintain the quality of your rug, it is important to clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, white dry sponge or cloth. Avoid exposing the rug to liquids as much as possible. We highly recommend using a rug pad on all surfaces to prevent slipping, provide extra cushioning, and enhance durability. Please refrain from placing the rug directly over existing carpet to prevent color transfer.

When vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or adjust the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set it on low. Vacuum the entire length of the rug in one direction, and then turn and repeat in the opposite direction to avoid damaging the fibers.

Product Note: Your rug may arrive with temporary creases due to packaging. Please allow some time for the creases to naturally flatten and settle.
